Customer Care Specialist (m/w)

Bei dieser spannenden und abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeit sind Sie Ansprechpartner für administrative und technische Anfragen unserer Kunden per E-Mail und Telefon in englischer und deutscher Sprache. Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie unsere Kunden bei komplexeren Domain-Registrierungen in Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Vergabestellen und Partnern, und bilden die Schnittstelle zum operativen Betrieb.
Responsibilities
- Kundenbetreuung internationaler Geschäftskunden per Telefon und E-Mail (deutsch/englisch)
- Bearbeitung technischer und administrativer Fragen zu Domains und anderen Produkten
- Abwicklung von manuellen Domain-Transaktionen mit internationalen Lieferanten
- Kontinuierliche Erweiterung unserer Wissensdatenbanken
- Administrative Aufgaben
Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes geistes-, naturwissenschaftliches oder kaufmännisches Studium oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift, Kenntnisse in weiteren Sprachen von Vorteil
- Freude an der Kommunikation mit Menschen
- Zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Solide Kenntnisse in Umgang mit Office-Software, Internet und E-Mail
- Idealerweise erste technische Vorkenntnisse im Bereich DNS oder SSL (keine Voraussetzung)

Software Developer C / PHP (m/f)

Responsibilities
In unserem Software-Entwicklungsteam sind Sie verantwortlich für die Neu- und Weiterentwicklung der Backend- und Web-Applikationen unseres Domain-Registrierungssystems. Unter Verwendung moderner Methoden und Werkzeuge konzipieren und implementieren Sie eigenständig neue Features und erhöhen fortlaufend den Automatisierungsgrad der komplexen Prozesse rund um die Domainverwaltung.
Qualifications
- erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Informatik-Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen, mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- fundierte Kenntnisse in C, PHP, HTML sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit XML/SOAP
- vertraut mit objektorientierter Programmierung
- vertraut mit Linux, Apache und MySQL als gewohnter Arbeitsumgebung
- sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- pragmatische und kundenorientierte Denkweise, hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
